Ingredients:
7.5 oz chive and onion cream cheese
10.5 oz Campbell’s condensed cream of bacon soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup real bacon bits
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 cup crushed Doritos
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Start by heating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and cream of bacon soup. Use an
electric mixer to blend until smooth. Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and bacon bits. Set this savory
mixture aside.
Prepare Chicken: Horizontally slice the chicken breasts to open them up. Spoon the delicious cream
cheese mixture onto the bottom halves of the chicken.
Assemble: Fold the top halves of the chicken over the cream cheese mixture and place them in a greased
9×13 inch baking dish.
Egg Wash: In a small bowl, beat the egg well. Brush this beaten egg over the tops of the chicken breasts
to ensure the Doritos stick.
Dorito Crust: Sprinkle the crushed Doritos over the chicken, pressing them gently to adhere to the egg
wash.
Bake: Cook in the oven for 33 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Let the chicken rest for
a few minutes before serving to let the flavors meld perfectly.
