½ cup granulated sugar ????

½ cup brown sugar, packed ????

1 large egg ????

1 tsp vanilla extract ????

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ????

¼ tsp salt ????

½ cup additional granulated sugar (for rolling) ????

36 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped ????

???? Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

2️⃣ Cream Butter and Sugars:

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy.

3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients:

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.

4️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.

5️⃣ Shape and Roll:

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat them in the additional granulated sugar.

7️⃣ Add the Kisses:

Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie while they are still warm. The cookie will crack slightly, which is normal.

8️⃣ Cool and Serve:

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Pro Tip: For extra festive flair, use different flavors of Hershey’s Kisses like dark chocolate, caramel, or hugs!
