Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped M&M’s
For the frosting:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk

- Prepare the Dough:
- In a small bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, egg, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead and Rise:
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Mix Nutella, chopped hazelnuts, and M&M’s in a small bowl.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly. Roll it up tightly and slice into 12 pieces.
- Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place rolls in a greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Glaze:
