Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

Comforting Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole is the perfect combination of two classic comfort foods, mac and cheese, and meatloaf. This hearty and delicious casserole will satisfy your cravings and impress your guests with its savory flavors and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup ketchup

– 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar barbecue sauce

– 2 lbs lean ground beef

– 30 Ritz Crackers

– 2 oz Lipton onion soup mix

– 2 eggs

– 3 cups macaroni noodles

– 2 cups milk

– 10.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup

– 1 tsp salt

– 1 tsp pepper

– 1 tbsp garlic powder

– 1 tbsp onion powder

– 4 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Combine ketchup and barbecue sauce in a medium mixing bowl, set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, Lipton onion soup mix, eggs, and 1/2 cup ketchup and barbecue sauce mixture.

4. Press meatloaf mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread remaining sauce on top.

5. Bake for 30 minutes.

6. Cook macaroni noodles, then mix with milk, condensed cheddar cheese soup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and 2 cups of shredded cheese.

7. Remove meatloaf from oven, pour macaroni mixture on top, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

8. Bake for 17-20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

9. Let casserole sit before serving.
