Lemon Snowflakes

Light, citrusy cookies with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a dusting of powdered sugar, these Lemon Snowflakes are perfect for winter or holiday baking! ????️

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened ????

1 cup powdered sugar ????

2 cups all-purpose flour ????

Zest of 2 lemons ????

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice ????

1/4 tsp salt ????

Extra powdered sugar for rolling ❄️

Directions:

Make the Dough:

Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add lemon zest, juice, and salt. Gradually mix in flour. ????????????

Chill and Shape:

Chill dough for 30 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls.

Bake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool, then roll in powdered sugar. ❄️
