Lemon Snowflakes

Light, citrusy cookies with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a dusting of powdered sugar, these Lemon Snowflakes are perfect for winter or holiday baking! 🌨️

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈

1 cup powdered sugar 🍬

2 cups all-purpose flour 🌾

Zest of 2 lemons 🍋

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 🍋

1/4 tsp salt 🧂

Extra powdered sugar for rolling ❄️

Directions:

Make the Dough:

Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add lemon zest, juice, and salt. Gradually mix in flour. 🧈🍋🌾

Chill and Shape:

Chill dough for 30 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls.

Bake:
