Cookies:
Cream Butter and Sugar:
Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth.

Make Icing:

Beat in corn syrup and vanilla extract until the icing is smooth and glossy. If it’s too thick, add a little more corn syrup.
Color the Icing (Optional):
Divide the icing into separate bowls and add food coloring as desired.
Decorate Cookies:
