Cheese and Meat Roll-Ups are quick and versatile appetizers made with deli meats, mozzarella cheese, fresh vegetables, and flour tortillas. Perfect for gatherings or a quick snack, these roll-ups are baked to perfection with a drizzle of Italian dressing.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella, sliced
- 12 flour tortillas
- Assortment of deli meats (ham, turkey, roast beef)
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 romaine lettuce heart
- 1 jar of sliced banana peppers
- 1 jar of roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Italian dressing, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Lay out a tortilla and place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add two slices of your chosen deli meat over the cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer with a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and banana peppers and roasted red peppers to your liking.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and secure it with a toothpick. Trim the ends if necessary.
- Place the roll-ups in a 9×12-inch casserole dish. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the roll-ups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving, and slice into 1-inch pieces or serve whole.
