Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 packet ranch dressing mix (dry)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup heavy cream

For the Rice:

1 cup white rice (or brown rice, if preferred)

2 cups water or chicken broth

Instructions:

Cook the Rice:

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water or chicken broth to a boil.

Add the rice, reduce heat to low, and cover.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
