Funnel Cake Bites

Ingredients:

2 cups milk

2 eggs

1/4 cup sugar

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

Powdered sugar for dusting

Oil for frying

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and sugar until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).

Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle or a plastic bag with a corner cut off. Squeeze the batter in small amounts into the hot oil, creating bite-sized funnel cakes. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

Remove the funnel cake bites with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
