Meat:
1 lb chicken breasts
Produce:
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped, plus more for garnish
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Canned Goods:
1/2 cup chicken broth
Baking & Spices:
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp oil
Dairy:
3 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Prep Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken until golden, 4-5 minutes per side.
Set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic; cook until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, lemon
juice, and zest.
Cook Asparagus: Add asparagus to the skillet; cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine: Return chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken and asparagus.
Garnish: Sprinkle with dill. Serve with lemon slices if desired.
