- 2 tablespoons white wine (or chicken/vegetable broth)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions
- Prepare the Trout: Season the flesh side of the trout with Italian seasoning and salt.
- Cook the Trout: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place trout fillets skin-side up and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
