Ingredients
- 32 oz. Galbani® Ricotta Cheese
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

- 2 Tbsps. strong chilled espresso
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 18 cannoli shells
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, chilled espresso, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl. Stir gently until smooth. Avoid over-mixing.
- Fill the Cannoli Shells: Transfer the filling into a pastry bag or plastic sandwich bag with a cut corner. Pipe the filling into each end of the cannoli shells, ensuring the center is fully filled.
