Ingredients

  • 32 oz. Galbani® Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsps. strong chilled espresso
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 18 cannoli shells

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling: Combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, chilled espresso, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl. Stir gently until smooth. Avoid over-mixing.
  • Fill the Cannoli Shells: Transfer the filling into a pastry bag or plastic sandwich bag with a cut corner. Pipe the filling into each end of the cannoli shells, ensuring the center is fully filled.
  • Serve: Arrange the filled cannoli on a platter, dust lightly with cocoa powder, and serve immediately.
