Ingredients
For the Chicken:

- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup cotija or feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
