This Strawberry Dream Icebox Cake is a no-bake dessert made with layers of fresh strawberries, graham crackers, and homemade whipped cream. Ingredients
- 3–4 cups strawberries, sliced
- 12–15 whole graham crackers
- 1 ½ pints heavy whipping cream
- 4–5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with a single layer of graham crackers.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a final layer of strawberries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for approximately 3 hours before serving.
