Ingredients

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Aromatics & Vegetables:
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- Garnish:
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions, drain, and toss with a little sesame oil to prevent sticking.
- Sear the Steak: Heat a pan or wok over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, and cook steak slices until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics & Veggies: Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant. Toss in vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Combine Everything: Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Add teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients.
- Add Noodles: Toss in the cooked noodles and mix everything together until well combined.
- Garnish & Serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
