A delicious and savory stir-fry dish with tender steak, succulent shrimp, and flavorful noodles.
Ingredients:
– 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
– 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 oz rice noodles
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly tender.
Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, then add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture. Stir well to combine.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
