Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup

A comforting soup made with Italian sausage, creamy tomato broth, and tender cheese tortellini, perfect for a cozy family meal.

Ingredients:

1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed) 🌭

1 (32 oz) container chicken broth 🍗

1 (28 oz) can petite diced tomatoes 🍅

2 (10.5 oz) cans tomato soup

2 (8 oz) containers chive and onion cream cheese spread (softened) 🧀

1 (18 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini (uncooked) 🍝

Directions:

In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked. Transfer to the slow cooker.

Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato soup to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Stir in the softened cream cheese and cheese tortellini. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15 to 30 minutes, until the tortellini is tender.
