Ingredients:
2 lbs beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Place beef bites and potatoes in the slow cooker.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
Slow Cook:
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
