Ingredients:
2 lbs Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium white onion, chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
Sauce Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp ginger, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
⅓ cup soy sauce
1¼ cups beef broth
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions:
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 5-6 minutes until
browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil, peppers, and onions, cooking until tender.
Return steak to the skillet.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl, pour into the skillet, and simmer until thickened.
Serve over rice with sesame seeds.
