Ingredients:
– 8 oz pasta of choice
– 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 oz lump crab meat
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Stir in lump crab meat and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
5. Pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy Cajun sauce.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
