Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

1 cup cooked white rice (optional for a heartier dish)

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or seafood seasoning)

½ tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the shrimp, crab meat, and cooked rice (if using) to the bowl and stir gently until combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.

Drizzle with melted butter over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
