Ingredients

- 1 cup boiled and chopped potatoes

- 3–4 tbsp green chutney
- 3–4 tbsp sweet tamarind chutney
- 2–3 tbsp red garlic chutney (optional)
- ½–1 cup fine sev
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Black salt, to taste
- 2–3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- Lemon or lime wedges
Instructions
- Prepare Chutneys: Make or refrigerate green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, and optional red garlic chutney.
- Arrange Puris: Lay the puris on a serving plate.
- Layer Toppings: Add boiled potatoes, chopped onions, and optional tomatoes on each puri.
- Drizzle Chutneys: Add green, tamarind, and red chutneys as per taste.
- Season: Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and black salt.
- Top with Sev: Generously sprinkle fine sev over the puris.
