Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the sauce.

  6. Carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching edges to seal.
  7. Place the log seam-side down on the baking sheet.
