Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 8 cloves roasted garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. Prepare a baking sheet with a Silpat liner or lightly grease and sprinkle with cornmeal.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced roasted garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, ensuring a smooth mixture.
- Slowly whisk in skim milk and half and half. Add black pepper and cook, stirring frequently, for about 3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Spread the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the white sauce evenly over the dough.
- Top with shredded chicken, diced red onion, and Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 17 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme, dried oregano, and parsley. Slice and serve immediately.
