Ingredients

  • White Chocolate Chips: 6 cups (divided, 3 cups per layer)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: 2 cans (14 oz. each)
  • Unsalted Butter: 8 tablespoons (softened, 4 tablespoons per layer)
  • Neon Green Food Coloring: 4 drops
  • Black Gel Food Coloring: 4 drops
  • Green Apple Extract: 4 teaspoons (2 teaspoons per layer)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Green Layer:
    • In a saucepan over low to medium heat, melt 3 cups of white chocolate chips, 1 can of condensed milk, and 4 tablespoons of butter, stirring constantly.
    • Remove from heat and mix in neon green food coloring and green apple extract.
    • Pour into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and refrigerate until set.
  3. Black Layer:
    • Once the green layer is firm, remove it from the pan and replace the parchment paper.
    • Repeat the process with the remaining chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, black food coloring, and green apple extract.
    • Pour half the black mixture into the pan, place the green layer on top, and cover with the remaining black mixture.
    • Smooth the top and refrigerate until fully set.
  4. Serve:
    • Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment.
    • Cut into squares and serve at room temperature.
