Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning mix, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, black beans, corn, and black olives to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and press the dough into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, making sure to press the seams together to form a solid crust.

Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheese over the crescent roll crust.

Pour the taco mixture over the cheese, spreading it out evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top of the taco mixture.

Bake the taco bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent roll crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the taco bake cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
