Ingredients:
Crust:

1 cup whipped topping (or heavy cream, whipped)
Pecan Topping:
1 ½ cups pecans, chopped
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
Prepare the cream cheese filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping (or whipped cream). Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
Make the pecan topping: In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted, stir in pecans and vanilla. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
