Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened ????

- ½ cup brown sugar, packed ????

- ½ cup additional granulated sugar (for rolling) ????
- 36 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped ????
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, beat softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Shape and Roll: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat in additional granulated sugar.
- Bake: Place dough balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
- Add the Kisses: Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. (Slight cracking is normal!)
- Cool and Serve: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
