Instructions

  • Roll into 1-inch balls; place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the chocolate, remove excess, and place on parchment.
  • Let the coating set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
