- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
-
For the Cheeseburger Sauce:
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Pickles (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add flour to form a roux, then slowly whisk in milk and heavy cream. Cook until the mixture thickens, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Combine the Cheeseburger Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the cooked beef and toss to coat.
- Assemble the Lasagna: In a greased baking dish, layer cooked lasagna noodles, cheeseburger mixture, and garlic Parmesan sauce. Repeat layers until the ingredients are used up, ending with a top layer of noodles and sauce.
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
