Oven-Roasted Asparagus

This easy and flavorful roasted asparagus is crispy on the edges, tender inside, and packed with garlic and parmesan for extra deliciousness!

Ingredients:

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)

¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prep the Asparagus:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim off the tough ends of the asparagus.

Place asparagus on a baking sheet.

2. Season & Roast:

Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat.
