Crispy, golden rolls filled with warm, creamy feta cheese, drizzled with sweet and spicy chili honey—perfect as an appetizer or snack!

Ingredients:

For the Rolls:

6 phyllo sheets

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese (softened, optional for extra creaminess)

1/2 tsp oregano (dried)

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley

2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Chili Honey:

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling:

In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, oregano, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.

2️⃣ Assemble the Rolls:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place a phyllo sheet on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter and olive oil.

Add another sheet on top and repeat.

Cut the layered phyllo into 3 equal strips.

Spoon 1-2 tbsp of the feta mixture onto the bottom of each strip and roll up tightly like a spring roll.

Place on a lined baking sheet, seam side down.

3️⃣ Bake Until Crispy:

Brush the tops with more butter.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

4️⃣ Make the Chili Honey:

Warm honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a small saucepan for 1-2 minutes.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Drizzle the chili honey over the hot rolls and serve immediately.

🌟 Tips & Variations:

✔ Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes or honey-roasted nuts for extra flavor.

✔ Swap phyllo for spring roll wrappers for a crispier bite.

✔ Use hot honey instead of making chili honey.

🔥 Crispy, creamy, sweet, and spicy—these feta rolls are irresistible! 😋
