Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
4 cups fresh peaches, sliced (or 1 can, drained)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Make the batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk until smooth.
Assemble: Pour batter over the butter (do not stir). Evenly spread peaches on top.
