My Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the sifted flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix well to form a soft dough.
