Mocha Pops

Ingredients:

1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

1 cup milk

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Instructions:

Prepare the Coffee Mixture:

In a bowl, whisk together the brewed coffee, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract until the sugar and cocoa are fully dissolved.

Combine with Cream:

Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee mixture until well combined.

Fill the Molds:

Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.

Insert Sticks and Freeze:

Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid.

Serve:

To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
