Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare Breading Station: Arrange three shallow dishes:
- Dish 1: Flour
- Dish 2: Whisked eggs and milk
- Dish 3: Panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bread Chicken: Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
