Instructions

  • Prepare the Cream Mixture:
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Avoid boiling.
  • Add Lemon Flavor:
