Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups peeled and sliced apples
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter, cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Arrange the sliced apples in the bottom of the prepared pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.

Pour the batter over the apples in the pie dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
