Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Rub:

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 182°C (360°F).
  • Mix all rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • Toss wings with olive oil in a resealable bag until evenly coated.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Increase the heat to 390°F and cook for an additional 6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For spicier wings, increase chili powder or add cayenne pepper.
  • Ensure wings are patted dry for maximum crispiness.
