  • 4 cups powdered sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 2 cups dark melting/dipping chocolate
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until a stiff dough forms.
  3. Dust a clean surface with powdered sugar and roll out the dough to ¼-inch thickness.
  4. Use a small round cutter to cut out patties; place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the patties in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate according to package instructions.
