Ingredients:
½ cup low-fat (2% milkfat) cottage cheese
⅓ cup store-bought rotisserie chicken, chopped into small chunks
2 ½ tablespoons chunky salsa (sugar-free)
¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon taco seasoning (sugar-free)
1–2 pinches cayenne powder

Directions:
