Hibachi Noodles

Deliciously buttery and savory hibachi noodles, cooked with soy and teriyaki sauce and seasoned with garlic and sesame oil. Perfect as a side dish for hibachi-style meals like steak, chicken, or shrimp!

Ingredients:

1 lb. linguine or noodles/pasta of choice, cooked al dente

3 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

3 tablespoons sugar

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

Melt Butter: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Add Garlic: Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic and butter.

Incorporate Sauces: Stir in the sugar, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce, tossing to coat the noodles evenly.

Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, continuing to stir until the noodles are well seasoned.

Drizzle with Sesame Oil: Remove from heat and drizzle the sesame oil over the noodles for extra flavor.

Garnish: Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot with hibachi-style meats and veggies.
