Grinch Cookies

These Grinch Cookies are soft, chewy, and tinted green, inspired by the holiday classic. With a cute red heart sprinkle, they’re festive, fun, and perfect for a Christmas treat.

Ingredients:

1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or white cake mix

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

Green food coloring

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Red heart sprinkles (for decoration)

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Cookie Dough:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until a soft dough forms. Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until the dough is evenly green.

Form the Cookies:

Scoop out tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.

Add Heart Sprinkles:

Place each cookie on the prepared baking sheet and gently press a red heart sprinkle onto the top of each dough ball.

Bake:

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
