For the Creamy Dill Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the Cod:

    • In a bowl, coat cod fillets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
