Ingredients

  • Beef Chops: Bone-in beef chops (or boneless with adjusted cooking time).
  • Cheddar Cheese: Sharp cheddar or substitutes like Gruyère or Monterey Jack.
  • Potatoes: Russet or Yukon Gold for creaminess.
  • Fresh Thyme: ½ teaspoon dried thyme as a substitute.
  • Sour Cream: Or Greek yogurt for a lighter alternative.
  • Other: Butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, onions, milk, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish.
