Ingredients

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp chili flakes or cayenne pepper (adjust to heat preference)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sriracha sauce (or more for extra heat)

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tbsp butter

For the Ramen:

2 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)

2 cups chicken broth

1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)

Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish

Instructions

Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken slices with soy sauce, chili flakes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Make the creamy garlic sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream, soy sauce, sriracha, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Cook the ramen: In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine everything: Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce and toss until well coated. Add the cooked chicken and stir to combine.

Serve: Drizzle with sesame oil (optional) and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions.

Enjoy this spicy, creamy, and savory ramen! 😋🌶️
