2 medium apples, cored and chopped (Honeycrisp or Gala work well)

2 medium pears, cored and chopped

1 cup red or green grapes, halved

½ cup pomegranate arils

¼ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for crunch)

For the Cinnamon-Honey Dressing:

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

Prepare the Fruit: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, pears, halved grapes, pomegranate arils, and dried cranberries.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined.

Combine and Serve: Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts if desired. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
