Easy Cool Whip Candy

This no-bake Easy Cool Whip Candy is a fun, quick, and delicious treat that combines the fluffiness of Cool Whip with the sweetness of powdered sugar and chocolate. Perfect for last-minute candy cravings or holiday gift-giving!

Ingredients:

– 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

– 1 cup Cool Whip (whipped topping)

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (to melt chocolate)

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, Cool Whip, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

Using your hands or a spoon, shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Freeze the candy balls for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.

While the candy balls are freezing, melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.

Once the candy balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Return the coated candy to the parchment-lined sheet.

Freeze the chocolate-covered candy for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.

Once set, store the candies in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
