Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
¼ cup shredded carrots
8 crunchy taco shells
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken: Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shredded chicken, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add Sauce: Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Prepare the Slaw: In a bowl, toss cabbage and carrots with a splash of soy sauce or rice vinegar.
Assemble the Tacos: Fill crunchy taco shells with chicken, top with slaw, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
